Note This policy is about Profitru's subscription to our software—not your customers' product returns on marketplaces.

1. Digital service

Profitru is delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

Unless we offer a stated money-back window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once access is provided.
